Rathi Pragasam is the Founder of London Prestige Group, a London-based group operating across international strategy, stakeholder relations, global programmes, and cross-border positioning initiatives.

She oversees strategically selected international engagements spanning commercial expansion, institutional coordination, stakeholder relations, and internationally focused initiatives across the UK and wider global ecosystems. Drawing on over a decade of experience across political, governmental, and international environments, Rathi advises UK and international stakeholders navigating commercially, institutionally, and geopolitically relevant environments.

Engagements are undertaken selectively and where appropriate, supported by a wider network of specialist contributors and international relationships.

Appointed by the Secretary of State for Justice, Rathi previously served as a Non-Executive Director at the Ministry of Justice. She was also elected into senior leadership positions within the UK’s governing political party, reflecting longstanding involvement across political, governmental, and policy-facing environments.

Her experience includes involvement in international stakeholder initiatives conducted in collaboration with Number 10 Downing Street, supporting broader engagement and relationship-building activity across international environments.

Rathi currently serves as Senior Adviser for Engagement at Republicans Overseas UK, supporting international stakeholder engagement and transatlantic relationship-building initiatives.

She also serves on a Washington-based National Advisory Board comprising senior business leaders and policy advisers, with engagement spanning ecosystems connected to the U.S. Congress and the White House.
